David H. Middleton & Associates, P.S. is a plaintiff's personal injury law firm. From June of 2004, to the present, the firm has resolved more than $5,000,000.00 worth of cases for its clients through settlement, arbitration or jury trial. The firm has arbitrated hundreds of cases since its inception, and has tried more than 30 cases for its clients. Every attorney at the firm is a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and we are proud to have two EAGLE members.

The firm was founded in 1997 by David Middleton, then a partner/shareholder at the firm Cushman Raymond & Middleton, P.S. We only accept plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice cases. The firm has successfully handled injury and malpractice cases resulting from auto accidents, slips and falls, dog bites, and medical treatment.
